Local deployment

The church is the touch point. The initiative is the team.

National, regional, and local leaders form trust-based coalitions. Together they engage families and churches to deploy biblically grounded solutions. We call these local teams Community Initiatives.

What an initiative is

A Community Initiative is one approved community-strengthening model — an expression within Let’s Rebuild, not the governing center of the network. It is a local table of pastors and practitioners who already carry care for a place. It is not a new nonprofit stacked on top of the church, and it is not a TDI chapter.

  • — Anchored in the local church, not a campaign brand.
  • — Fed by coalitions and shared resources.
  • — Locally requested, locally invested, network-supported.
  • — No implied agency: an initiative does not speak for TDI unless authorized in writing.

From network to neighborhood

Coalitions strengthen the model

Issue tables test and share what already works — prayer, care, worldview, economy, public life.

Churches remain the anchor

Pastors are networked and equipped, not managed. The church is hands, feet, and safety net.

The initiative coordinates

Local teams deploy proven practices so the next family, widow, or orphan is not starting from scratch.
