About the network

A connective hub, not a replacement.

Let’s Rebuild curates and connects trusted leaders, practitioners, and proven resources that help strengthen families, communities, and the institutions that serve them.

What is a rebuilder?

A rebuilder is a person with a heart for people who sees what is broken and chooses to be part of the healing and restoration.

A rebuilder does not merely diagnose what is broken or criticize institutions from a distance. A rebuilder notices what has been neglected, fragmented, weakened, or wounded and chooses to participate responsibly in repair, renewal, and strengthening.

Mission

Let's Rebuild convenes trusted leaders and organizations to advance practical, biblically grounded solutions that restore families, communities and nations.

Vision

A future where families, churches, communities, and nations are restored to God's original design through applied biblical truth, collaborative leadership and proven solutions.

Guiding principle

Solutions don't always need to be invented. They can be discovered, strengthened and made available to all.

Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins; You will raise up the age-old foundations; And you will be called the repairer of the breach, The restorer of the streets in which to dwell. — Isaiah 58:12

We are not the fixer.

Let’s Rebuild exists neither as a rescuer of communities nor as a central authority that pretends it has all the answers — or the answer. Our role is to connect trusted people, tested learning, practical resources, and local responsibility. The network should increase the capacity of people already close to the need rather than displace them.

Theory of change

Let's Rebuild serves as the connective hub where trusted leaders and organizations come together to provide practical solutions for the restoration and renewal of families, communities and nations.

If neglected

Fragmentation deepens. Future generations inherit weakened institutions. Leaders pursuing biblical solutions remain disconnected and unsupported.

Therefore

We identify trusted leaders, strengthen proven models, connect organizations, and multiply practical, biblically grounded solutions. The church equips and connects — it does not do everything itself.

Then

Families become more resilient. Churches become more effective. Organizations collaborate. Communities experience measurable restoration through work that already exists.

Core relational values

Relationships develop at the speed of trust. These seven values — the C’s — are how collaboration stays honest.

Character

Uphold integrity, wisdom and faithfulness in all we do.

Community

Foster genuine relationships at all levels, celebrating team, trust, empowerment, humility, collaboration and respect.

Compassion

Embrace selflessness, empathy and love as the foundations for action.

Communication

Place a premium on clear and precise communication and common, demystified language.

Competence

Pursue excellence, expertise and best practices. Roles and leadership require both trust and demonstrated ability.

Courage

Proactively embrace self-assessment and change to drive continuous improvement.

Culmination

Vision is critical, strategy is essential, but we relentlessly strive for measurable results, line upon line.
