Think tank & tables

Coalitions are how leading minds stay in the same room.

Each coalition is a clearly defined working table. Public stage labels match operating reality — we do not claim an active community where work is still being designed.

Stage labels

Exploring, Designing, Pilot, Active, Review, Archived — published only when accurate.

  • Exploring

Need or opportunity is being discerned. No public claim of an active coalition.

  • Designing

Named sponsor or prospective lead. Purpose, participants, rhythm, outputs, risk, and resources are being defined.

  • Pilot

Bounded activity is underway to test demand, leadership, usefulness, and operating fit.

  • Active

Named approved leader, current participants, dependable rhythm, first-year outputs, required agreements. Public information is accurate and current.

  • Review

Annual or milestone review determines whether to renew, strengthen, narrow, merge, pause, or close.

  • Archived

Work is no longer active. Useful resources may remain. We do not imply a current operating community.

Best practices

Proven approaches move into community and national initiatives through the people already doing the work — not through a speaker bureau.
